How do I get and return my zPhone or zProduct?
It's as
EZ as 1-2-3. Order any zProduct on-line or over the phone, get it delivered to your doorstep, and when you return from your trip, simply place the zProduct in our postage-paid, pre-labeled envelope and send it back.
What happens if my phone gets lost or breaks accidently?
All zPhone rentals include insurance so you can travel worry free. In the unfortunate event that your zPhone is lost, broken, or stolen, simply notify us and we will rush you a replacement.
How do I contact customer service while traveling in Israel?

Technical
can I use my phone with zPhone service?
Sure, as long as your phone is unlocked and supports 3G technology it can be used with our service. Call customer service and they will be able to verify your phone's compatability. All iPhones and most modern Nokia, Motorola, Sony and LG phones work with Zphone service.
Do you support iPhones?
Yes, make sure to ask an account representative about our data plans for iPhones.
Which Israeli cell phone network does zPhone use?
Zphone uses Pelephone's infrustructure, which is Israel's fastest and newest 3G network.
How do I get my US phone calls to ring on my zPhone?
Zphone will provide you with a local US phone number. Before you leave you must simply forward the calls from any of your phones to this number, and they will automatically be routed to your zPhone in Israel.
Can I get the same phone number each time I travel?
Yes it is possible, by purchasing a zPhone or zSIM you will be able to keep your own phone number.

When does my rental period begin or end?
Although your your zPhone will arrive a few days before your departure, it's only fair that your rental period begins only on the day you land in Israel and ends on the day you depart. Once you arrive back you will have 5 days to ship it back to us, we will use the post mark on your return envelope as the return date.
Does the phone come with all standard features such as SMS, 3 way calling, call waiting etc.?
